People Serving People’s Early Learning Program takes pride in making early learning affordable and accessible to all young learners. Many families enrolled in our Early Learning Program qualify for a scholarship or assistance program. Our team is ready to assist your family in navigating program affordability.

Tuition rates

Part-time options for toddlers at 24 months, as well as daily and part-time options for preschool-aged children at 33 months, are based on availability and subject to change.

Full-time tuition rates

Infants (6 weeks to 16 months)

$756.00 per week

Toddlers (16 to 33 months)

$619.00 per week

Preschoolers (3 to 5 years)

$469.80 per week

Financial assistance and scholarships

We are committed to providing affordable, quality early childhood education and child care. We are here to assist and guide you through the process of securing financial assistance, which we require you to secure before we can guarantee a space in our program for your child.

CCAP is a Minnesota Department of Human Services program that helps families with low incomes afford child care, enabling parents to pursue employment or education that leads to employment.
